Can I cancel my custom order?
Cancellation is allowed only before production starts. Once we begin making your phone case, cancellation and refunds will not be available.
What if I fill in the wrong phone model?
Please double-check your device information before checkout. We cannot offer free remakes if you submit incorrect phone model.
Are minor differences acceptable for handmade items?
All phone cases are handcrafted. Slight differences in decoration placement and color are normal and not regarded as defects.
How long will I receive my package?
Production takes 7–14 working days. International delivery time depends on your destination country.
Can I return the custom case after receiving it?
Custom handmade products are non-refundable unless obvious manufacturing defects exist.
