All cream phone cases are handcrafted custom-made items. Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless proven to have manufacturing defects.
Please verify your phone model, color preferences, favorite characters and all custom details carefully before checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect information provided by customers, and no remake or refund will be offered in such cases.
If your item arrives with manufacturing defects, you must provide clear photographic evidence within 48 hours upon delivery. Minor variations in decoration placement, cream texture and color are normal characteristics of handmade goods and are not considered defects.
Order cancellation is permitted only before production commences. Once production has started, cancellations and refunds cannot be processed.
